Despite Philly's being an inexpensive city with a vibrant arts and theater culture, artists are struggling financially. Is living as an artist actually sustainable in Philadelphia? At the Philadelphia Artists Summit over 100 dance and theater artists asked this question and brainstormed about new models for artists' support and advocacy.
